Cancellations and Returns
At Jalebe.com, we go the extra mile to make sure you have the most satisfying experience while selecting and buying your favorite Ethnic and Traditional Outfits. Even though we always put our best efforts to keep you happy and pleased, there are situations when you might feel the need to return your purchased items.
We have listed everything below regarding our Cancellation and Returns policy so that in case you make a decision to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not go through any trouble.
Buyers can return their products after receiving the package within 10 days.
Steps of retuning ordered items
#1 - Informing Jalebe.com
If for certain inconveniences you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please make sure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
#2 - Confirmation email from Jalebe.com
We will send you an acknowledgment e-mail from our end that confirms Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. You are required to ship items only after receiving this e-mail from us. It will not be feasible for us to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorization Reference.
Please Note: If it’s needed, we could request you to send us a digital picture of the item for our internal review, which will be helpful in processing your request.
#3 - Shipping Back the Items
When Shipping back the items:
- As would be clearly laid down in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably via a reputed, registered courier/airmail service if you want to avoid any transit-related issues.
2. Please try and make sure that you retain all the packaging materials along with the item(s). Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. unless you are pretty obvious you want to keep the product. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
3. Please make sure to mark the packaging as "Defective Items for Returns".
#4 - Item Receipt and Inspection at Jalebe.com (Warehouse)
As a policy, our inspection team will examine the products on return and identify the defects/variations as indicated by you.
#5 - Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items
After a thorough inspection of the returned item(s), our Customer Care team would like to propose remedial solutions to you. It will be on a case to case basis as follows:
- Selecting an alternate Ethnic Product as a replacement of equal value
- Store Credit to be used later for shopping on Jalebe.com
- Refund as specified on a case to case basis
In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
It is highly pertinent to inform here that any item purchased from our “Sale” section & "Requested for Custom Tailoring" will not be returned except it’s a manufacturing defect, or a wrong item is shipped to you by mistake. We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 10 days of receiving the shipment. So be quick and return the product as soon as possible. Also, please don’t dispatch unless you receive a “Return Accepted” mail from us.
Payment for Return
- We will only initiate the refund process after receiving the package. If we are unable to refund through the original method of payment, Jalebe.com will provide you the store credit or coupon code.
- For PayPal account, it would take 7- 10 Business days.
- For Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Payment process would take 5-10 business Days.
- For Store Credit Or Coupon Code, the return process would take 1 Business Day.
Payments and Transfers are the domains of Banks and Local Laws. Yet for the convenience of our customers at large, we have estimated the reimbursement timeline as follows:
